
After I filed a complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, Memorial University finally provided the investigation report into former President Neil Bose.
The investigator, Chantelle MacDonald Newhook, found that Bose was in a real, perceived, and potential conflict of interest regarding the interim appointment of his personal friend and co-author, Jingjing Xu, as Associate Vice-President Harlow Campus, contravening Memorial’s Conflict of Interest Policy and its related procedures.
