A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals briefing materials prepared by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs for January 2025, including Approval and Registration of Proposed St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment 7, 2023 proposed by the Town of Torbay to Align with Amendments to the Town’s Planning Documents.
