A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals the total cost of trips attended outside the province and country by employees in the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Department of Department of Children, Seniors and Social Development since 2015 at $375,296.61.

As previously reported, the total cost of trips attended by the Minister, Deputy Minister, and Assistant Deputy Ministers was $59,556.9.

The total cost of trips in the department was $434,853.51.
