Records obtained through an access-to-information request show that Memorial University issued a purchase order totalling $228,142.75 to the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) to develop a strategic enrolment management plan.
A letter dated July 9, 2026, addressed to AACRAO Director Nicole Spero Cunnick, outlined four project phases and their associated costs.
The four phases were as follows: 1. “Current-State Review & Enrolment Foundations,” valued at $59,865; 2. “Academic Program Review & Governance Model,” at $79,465; 3. “Strategy Map & Implementation Plan,” at $25,680; and 4. “Change Management & Budget/Resource Modelling,” at $33,375.
HST totalled $29,757.75, bringing the total purchase order amount to $228,142.75.
The purchase order, dated July 10, 2026, lists the same amounts.
