Records obtained through an access-to-information request reveal emails sent to and from Marine Institute officials, including Tommy Hawco, the Manager of Administration and Finance, and Randy Hart, Director of the Offshore Safety and Survival Centre and the Safety and Emergency Response Training Centre, regarding Stephenville Dymond International Airport from September 1, 2024, to March 12, 2025.
