A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals all emails sent/received by Memorial University’s Information Access and Privacy (IAP) Office regarding separately incorporated entities Genesis Centre, C-Core, and Centre for Fisheries Innovation (CCFI) from January 1, 2019, to February 22, 2024.
Included in the email correspondence are file attachments with the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, which are listed below:
CCFI: Letters Patent (Dec 1989) and CCFI Continuance (Oct 2014).
C-Core: Letters Patent (Sept 1991) with Supplementary Letters Patent (1992, 2002, 2006).
Genesis Group Inc.: Certificate of Amendments with Articles of Amendment (2014).
