According to a May 17th, 2023, summary report of a survey conducted by The Office of the Vice-Provost, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti- Racism (EDI-AR), 5.83 percent of students are very dissatisfied with the overall campus culture, 10.29 percent somewhat dissatisfied, 13.59 percent neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 35.53 percent somewhat satisfied, 31.07 very satisfied, and 3.69 percent not applicable/don’t know.

6.18 percent of employees are very dissatisfied, 16.40 percent somewhat dissatisfied, 14.78 percent neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 43.28 percent somewhat satisfied, 16.13 percent very satisfied, and 3.23 percent not applicable/don’t know.

The survey had 935 participants with 532 (56.90%) identifying their primary affiliation with Memorial as a student and 379 (40.53%) as an employee.
