Memorial University’s President and Vice-Chancellor pro tempore, Neil Bose, sent me a letter on April 3, 2025, stating that the university will be applying to the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador for a Declaration that it does not have to comply with the recommendation in the Information and Privacy Commissioner’s report to release the employment contract of the Associate Vice-President (Harlow Campus and Global Partnerships).
