A recent access-to-information request obtained from NL Health Services reveals MRI wait times in days for fiscal year 2023/2024, quarter 4 (January 1 to March 31, 2024) for the Central Zone and Eastern Zone.
In the Central Zone, the median wait time for non-urgent was 124 days, and in the Eastern Zone it was 422 days. For urgent, the median wait time was 22 days in the Central Zone and 21 days in Eastern Zone.
The data provided did not include Pediatric (JCH), Janeway, inpatients, or self-select appointment dates.
