A recently obtained access-to-information reveals the costs of property damage at Colonial Building in 2023 at $13,880.30, which is the fee paid to BELFOR for a biohazard cleanup of the grounds. Other maintenance, such as cleanup and repairs, is done by Department of Transportation and Infrastructure staff, so there are no invoices.
The Department stated that additional repair and maintenance activity is planned and likely in the Spring season.
