o Associate vice-president (Grenfell Campus) research and graduate studies;
o Associate vice-president (Marine Institute) academic and student affairs;
o Associate Vice- President (Research);
o Associate vice-president (academic) and dean of students;
o Associate vice-president (facilities);
o Associate vice-president (Marine Institute) administration and finance;
o Associate vice-president (public engagement and external relations); and
o Associate vice-president (academic) and dean, graduate studies.
