In the previously published access-to-information file for Memorial University Winter 2026 course grades, the GRADE column was ordered differently than in previous semesters. Instead of sorting the data alphabetically by letter grade (A, B, C, D, F), Memorial University’s Information Access and Privacy (IAP) Office sorted each course section in ascending order by the GRD_CNT column. As a result, the letter grades were not listed in alphabetical order.
The IAP Office has since provided a new ATIPP file with the GRADE column reordered alphabetically.
