I have filed two access-to-information requests for items redacted in The Office of the Auditor General Newfoundland and Labrador’s October 2023 report on Memorial University.
The first request asks for all bonuses/special payments paid to C-CORE executives and bonuses paid to C-CORE management employees from 2019 to 2023.
The second request asks for all bonuses/special payments paid to Genesis executives and incentives paid to Genesis management employees from 2019 to 2023.
If Memorial denies access to this information or redacts it, I intend to appeal to the Information and Privacy Commissioner and The Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador if necessary.
