As previously reported, Memorial University paid Stewart McKelvey lawyer Koren Thomson $42,606.88 from April 15, 2024, to October 25, 2024, to represent it in the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador case, Neil Bose, The President and Vice-Chancellor Pro Tempore of Memorial University of Newfoundland v. Michael Harvey, in his capacity as The Information and Privacy Commissioner of Newfoundland and Labrador et al.
A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals Memorial paid Thomson an additional $16,969.65 from November 14, 2024, to March 24, 2025.
The total from April 15, 2024, to March 24, 2025, was $59,576.53.
