A recently obtained access-to-information reveals that NL Health Services spent $152,950,511 on staffing agency nurses from 2014-15 to 2023-24 (YTD Feb).

$730,858 was spent in 2014-15, $1,009,278 in 2015-16, $2,386,437 in 2016-17, $1,771,992 in 2017-18, $1,076,630 in 2018-19, $1,314,995 in 2019-20, $1,046,474 in 2020-21, $3,341,847 in 2021-22, $36,461,198 in 2022-23, and $103,810,802 in 2023-24 (YDT Feb).
