An obtained access-to-information request reveals that 55 Memorial University employees were terminated without cause from 2013 to October 26, 2020.

Memorial describes “terminations without cause” as employees who were terminated and provided a paid notice period. The position held by the employee may or may not have been replaced. The employees may have found alternate employment within the university during the notice period or after termination.
