A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals the overtime billed for the current fiscal year for all Memorial University employees on the St. John’s Campus at $575,496.58.
The data included is as of September 26th, 2023. Active hourly employees are included, but they have $0 under annual salary since they are paid an hourly rate based on the hours worked, not an annual salary.
The report does not include employees with a job end date before the report run date. Also excluded from the report are student jobs, retiree jobs, Post-Doctoral Fellowships, Separately Incorporated Entities (SEIs) or Agency jobs, employee jobs with the status of leave without pay, earnings not considered base pay, and Faculty of Medicine Standardized Patient jobs.
