A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals the annual pay raise cost for Memorial University employees.
In 2019, the annual pay raise cost was $3,839,754.15 for 2363 employees. In 2020, it was $3,792,526.73 for 2347 employees. And in 2021, it was $10,652,681.78 for 3561 employees.
The pay raise types included are promotions, general salary increases, minimum wage increases, reclassifications, and step increases.
