
A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals the financial information for the Centre for Translational Genomics operated by Memorial University. The Centre is located in the Craig L. Dobbin Genetics Research Centre on the upper floors of the medical school. The ATIPP includes all sources of funding and a detailed expenditure of all funds/transactions.
The Centre spent a total of $443,892.3 on salaries, and their total transaction amount is $1,719,633.94.
The Centre received a total of $3,059,934 in contributions from 7 contributors: ACOA gave $960,000 in cash, IET gave $1,100,000, Health Care Foundation gave $100,000, Janeway Foundation gave $100,000, Dr. H Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation gave $100,000, Public Health Agency of Canada gave $74,834, and Eastern Health gave $625,100 in-kind.
