On April 9, 2026, I published a letter from Memorial University’s lawyer, Ruth Trask, regarding the agreement to remove sanctions against me. Memorial asked me to take down the letter because it was marked “Without Prejudice” and said they would send a non-Without Prejudice version that I could post. It has now been more than four weeks, and Memorial’s lawyer still has not sent a new letter and has said that she does not expect to be instructed to do so.
Withholding this agreement from publication goes against transparency, and it is not coming down again.
For clarification regarding the content of the letter, see my April 9 commentary.
