A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals wait time data for paramedics offloading patients at emergency rooms in St. John’s for 2024, totalling 22,334.4 hours.
There were 1,881.4 hours in January, 1,569.5 in February, 1,260.7 in March, 1,253.9 in April, 1,495.9 in May, 1,636.9 in June, 1,782.5 in July, 1,794.6 in August, 1,656.3 in September, 2,371.2 in October, 2,054.8 in November, and 3,576.7 in December.
From January to December 2024, there were 101.1 hours at the Janeway, 9,809.9 hours at St. Clare’s, and 12,423.4 hours at the Health Science Centre.
