On October 11, 2024, the Fourth Intervenor C-CORE filed a brief at the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador in the case Neil Bose, President and Vice-Chancellor Pro Tempore of Memorial University of Newfoundland v. Information and Privacy Commissioner Newfoundland and Labrador et al.
C-CORE also filed a book of authorities in support of their brief.
