A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals briefing materials prepared for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Office of Women and Gender Equality (WGE) for May 2024, including Pillar One Funding under the National Action Plan to End Gender-based Violence Decision Note, Provincial Action Network on the Status of Women (PANSQW) and Relevant Ministers Meeting Note, 2024-2025 Indigenous Violence Prevention Grants Program Decision Note, Three Year Agreement with Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. Decision Note, Training to Address Sexual Violence Key Message, and Transitional Shelter for Muslim Women and Children Key Message.
