The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Department of Health and Community Services provided records to respond to an access-to-information request for the agreements between the NL provincial and federal governments, which allowed COVID-19 vaccines to transfer custody and all chain-of-custody documentation related to the COVID-19 vaccines that were distributed to the province between December 2020 and December 2023.
