A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals a list of all occurrences from April 20, 2022, to November 29, 2023, of vessels servicing the Bell Island to Portugal Cove route being unavailable for service, including the vessel MV Legionnaire, MV Beaumont Hamel, or MV Flanders, the issue for the service disruption either mechanical issue or forecasted weather, and the date.
