Memorial University’s President and Vice-Chancellor pro tempore Neil Bose sent me a letter on January 19, 2024, that the university accepts the Information and Privacy Commissioner Michael Harvey’s recommendations in his January 16 report that they comply in future with the statutory duties contained in sections 13 (duty to assist applicant) and 16 (time limit for final response) of ATIPP, 2015 and to provide the Complainant with its final response to the requested records regarding the Queen Elizabeth II cafe expansion project within 30 business days of receipt of the report.
