A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals that Memorial University signed a service agreement with the company TalentMap on October 3, 2025, for $75,950 to conduct a faculty engagement survey. An amendment to the scope of services, signed on November 26, 2025, increased the cost by $5,000 to include 627 additional employees. The total was $80,950.
