A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals Memorial University’s Annual Lease Report 2023-2024 as presented to its Board of Regents on May 15, 2024.
The report summarizes information on all property lease agreements of Memorial University for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024. The leases are for external spaces occupied by the university (lessee) and space it has leased to other organizations (lessor).
Memorial’s total annual rental cost was $1,210,998, and total annual lease income was $4,227,567.
Memorial’s total annual rental cost for rural leases for the Faculty of Medicine was $757,129.
