A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals that NL Health Services spent $12,300,000 on staffing agency nurses in June 2024.
It was noted that the previous total for May 2024, $8,598,087, has been revised to $7,700,000.
From 2014-15 to the end of April 2024, the amount spent was $177,591,415, with the revised amount the total was $185,291,415 to the end of May 2024.
The total to the end of June 2024 was $197,591,415.
