A recently obtained access-to-information request reveals the total per diems paid to College of the North Atlantic President Elizabeth Winney (formerly Kidd) for each month in 2022. The per diems are meals and incidentals provided to employees when on travel status. Months with high per diems indicate national or international travel.
Winney received $16,091.13 in per diems in 2022. She received $722.50 in January, $430.30 in February, $2,684.50 in March, $962.35 in April, $1079.10 in May, $942.30 in June, $3312.63 in July, $1998.30 in August, $2007.11 in September, $852.90 in October, $1031.72 in November, and $67.42 in December.
